Facility Management Customer using Asset Management GIS Integration: County in Maryland

This large County, located in the northern part of the U.S., is the third-most populous county in Maryland. The County owns more than 200 buildings and employs about 300 employees who service their population of 831,128 citizens.

Main Issue

The County wanted to update to a Computerized Asset Management System (CMMS) that was easier to use. Their goal was to have better control of Work Orders and Work Requests and to get things done in a timely manner.

Resolution
