Software Integrations
As digital software solutions mature, connectivity – or integration – between them becomes an increasingly important efficiency driver. While one software solution might be capable of creating significant efficiencies in workflows and task management, when multiple of these solutions are seamlessly and reliably integrated, their efficiencies can accelerate exponentially. For example, imagine how much time is saved by having to enter data once for it to be visible across the entire organization or a search function that can search across multiple solutions with one search query.
These benefits make integrated software solutions very attractive to large organizations with many users. For this reason, software providers are keen to tout their “connectivity” and “platform integrations,” but these terms don’t have consistent meanings. For some software providers, “connected” may simply mean that they share the same parent brand and support team. For another, “end-to-end integration” may consist of very light digital linkages that still require individual logins and/or multiple data entries for each individual module or solution. True efficiency gains are best delivered by software programs that are integrated at the native code level, which creates a genuinely seamless and secure integration between systems. One of the best examples of this in the consumer tech market is AppleTM iOS, which is renowned for delivering a seamless experience across all devices and apps.
All of MaintStar’s software suites, modules, and extensions are integrated at the native code level and operate seamlessly, reliably, securely, and efficiently every time. We also build valuable GIS integrations directly into our software code, so customers don’t have to purchase additional GIS licenses. Additionally. MaintStar engineers are experienced at creating new integrations for custom and legacy systems to optimize the efficient and secure exchange of data between systems.
