MaintStar has integrated geographic information system (GIS) capabilities into both our Public Works Suite and Community Development Suite to simplify and optimize your infrastructure and land asset management. Our GIS integration provides instant synchronization between your GIS records and MaintStar’s solutions, so you don’t have to maintain two separate databases. And it’s cost-effective, too, because you don’t have to purchase an additional ESRI license; it’s included in your system price.
The built-in GIS interface in our Public Works Suite allows field teams to add new assets or edit existing assets directly from the field with GIS tags attached for real-time updates. Field technicians can also view GIS data, aerial imagery, asset location information and online web maps with ease. The GIS integration in our Community Development Suite makes parcel management and development updates a breeze.
